To join the Prestige Program, your vehicle must first undergo an initial maintenance detail (priced separately). This ensures your car is brought up to standard before ongoing fortnightly or monthly pricing applies.

BOOKING POLICY
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed fortnightly bookings
If a fortnightly appointment is missed, your next booking will be charged at the monthly rate, then automatically revert to your regular fortnightly pricing from the following visit.
Missed monthly bookings
If a monthly appointment is missed, an additional charge will apply to your next detail to cover the extra time required, after which your standard monthly rate will resume.

If Prestige Automotive Care needs to reschedule or cancel your booking, you won't incur any additional fees at your next scheduled detail.
